 ith Aniket Kittur, Bongwon Suh, and\nBryan Pendleton.\n\nED H. CHI is a 
 senior research scientist at Palo Alto Research Center's\nUser Interface R
 esearch Group.  Ed completed his three degrees, B.S.,\nM.S., and Ph.D., in
  six and one-half years at University of Minnesota.\nEd has been doing res
